A superb hand built sledge for softer snow conditions. 4 foot long with room to seat 2 riders. This sledge is made from carefully selected and steam bent basswood. Its light yet robust. Riding the boggan is a wonderful way for the whole family to experience the sheer joy of snow sliding together. Smaller riders can tuck their feet inside the traditional curl shaped nose of the sled. Beautiful handcrafted planking finished with marine grade varnish makes this an item to treasure for many years of service. Wax can be used on the base for improved sliding.
With the occasional coat of varnish this will last practically forever.
